Can anyone shed some light about Patricia Wilson's theory on Sleep talk? A friend of mine suggested it to me.
Wondering what others think and how do you do it?

Here is the website. I don't really think it could help with sleep as such but can help with fears or habits. Here is a thread about it, it is definitley recommended that the book should be read first so you really understand the process

I thought about this and this book could be ideal for when dd starts preschool, I think you could really help prepare her
