early morning wakings

Hi guys, my month old LB has been on EASY since day one. Typically we get up at half 6 in the morning to start our day but recently he started to wake up at around 5ish or 6 because he needs to pass wind or poo and gets so worked up about it that it as not possible to settle him back to sleep. When I feed him at half 6 he is so tired after whole thing that he wants to go right back to sleep. This throws our rutine off as his nap should not be longer than 2 hours and his next feed should be at half 10. Would you recommend to listen to his biorythm and start to get up at 6 and feed him?

Hi there, to be honest hun at such a young age I would really go with your DS and either start the day at 6 if he wakes or treat this as a NF and try to resettle him until later, maybe 7 or 7.30. I would then adjust your EASY around this. That is the joy of easy it is more about A times and time between feeds rather than set times so it can fit in with what LO is best with. Does that sound possible?
