After formula feed her spit up looks normal. But after breastfeeding her spit up looks like water with very small milk clots. Could something be wrong with my breastmilk?

When you say her spit up looks "normal" after FF, do you mean it looks like white milk?

If so, it's totally normal for BF baby sick to look like it does after your LG has been BF.  Most likely where the water part has separated from the fatty part.

How often is she being sick?

Yes normal = looks like white milk. She usually spits up everytime she has a feed.

Are wet/dirty nappies ok?  Does she seem uncomfortable with it?  Have you seen this - http://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=654.0?

Nappies are fine thanks. She isn't uncomfortable, just inconvenient for us- as she always messing up her clothes and mine.

I haven't read much on reflux. I'll have a look. Thanks.

It sounds normal to be honest. My FF babies brought up chunks of milk/ watery stuff if they spat up a while after a feed, if they were bringing up what looked like milk it usually was a bit of milk with wind straight after a feed.

Most babies have reflux to some degree as the muscle at the top of their stomach isn't strong enough yet. If it's not bothering her and she is gaining weight well then it's not a problem!

Probably more of a laundry issue, then :)

I read the reflux post and a few others and it describes the cottage cheesey spit ups as normal, which is what I was concerned about. Thanks!
