Yes, independent sleep at his age is fantastic!  Just wondering if maybe the solids are causing him some discomfort, particularly the fruit at dinner time.  He is quite young so maybe there are some digestive issues?  How long has he been on them?  Did the NWings start around that time?

He is but was on advisement of my GP as he is such a hungry little thing. No the NWings started before we introduced solids as I thought the same too. Also we had about a week or so of good sleep and this was on solids morning and night? I did wonder about constipation being an issue though? Would that cause NWings?

I would watch the stretch to bedtime and make sure that it is under 2 hours. All of your other A times are shorter but the stretch from last nap to bedtime was 2.5 hours-that's a pretty big increase compared to the rest of the day.

It has with us.  DS has had a few night NWings related to pooping in the night.  It has really upset him ever since he started solids.  I found water and some prunes into his rice cereal have helped.
