ok.so today, she had 7oz BM at breakfast, then another oz BM in her cereal. then she had 6oz formula at lunch. then 6 oz at the afternoon feed. then a BF @ BT....is that enough!?!i'm so worried about her going 12 hours without milk, mostly coz the majority of her milk is currently BM.

That's fine! She had 20oz before her bedtime feed so she has had plenty to get her needs met today! There is no reason to worry about her going 12 hours without milk - some totally breastfed babies sleep through before they hit 3 months! If she is refusing the DF and not waking up during the night demanding to be fed she is telling you that she is getting enough in the day!

Are you offering her water to drink with her solids? If not it's a good time to intorduce a sippy of water for her to practice with and it gets a bit more liquid into her - free flow ones are the best we found!

She is doing great!

Laura

i keep waking worrying that she's gonna wake!!!!
Now you have to teach yourself to sleep through!  I had the same problem (as do a whole lot of other mommas).  Like Laura said, it sounds like you're doing great!

i'm so worried about her going 12 hours without milk, mostly coz the majority of her milk is currently BM.

Breastmilk has more fat/calories per millilitre than formula, so there's no need to worry there :)
