I think his molars are on the way, ive felt the lumps at the bottom and the gums look white. He also has his last canine just breaking the gum. Sometimes meds work and sometimes they dont!

I dont know how he handle a 45 min nap! I will know this for nxt time. Had 1nw and 1early waking he seemed to sleep better with that short nap.

Sometimes 45 minute nap can work out well if you get in there as they are coming out of the first sleep cycle. Because you're not waking them mid cycle they often feel quite well rested and less grumpy upon waking....worth a thought.

Hope today's a good one.x.

Another delightful night with 5 nw's and up to start our day at 5:10 yipee! I feel like im going mad.

He took ages going ti sleep and ended up being 6.5 with a 45 min nap and btime of 7 but nit falling asleep at 7:30.

If it is ot that is causing him to take ages to go to sleep, do u think msybe 5hrs in the morning msy help?

Hiya Honey,

Yes, I would definitely bring the nap as early as possible, otherwise when he takes a while to settle at BT his day ends up too long and he has been stretched both ends of the day perpetuating the OT....BTDT.

Hope today is better.

Vicki.x.

We had our activity class on this morning which neant he would have gone down for his nap later. Anyway he just kept refusing it and then I realised he had pooed twice. I don't have it in me to try him again, so going for a no nap day and b/time of 5:30?

You can try and hurry things through with fresh juice mixed with water, hoping to get him on a different bowel schedule!!!  ::) sometimes works.
