That a toddler can/should eat in a wk? I dont particularly like fish but dh and ds do and its not eaten alot in the house. But I feel more for ds maybe not getting oily fish and needing more omega 3.
Does anyone know what foods are best?
TIA
Nicola

Boys can have up to 4 portions of oily fish per week (eg mackerel, salmon, herring, sardines), girls shouldn't have more than 2 portions.
A portion is approx 1-2 table spoons.
