The green poops could most likely be foremilk imbalance especially if your DD is eating very short feeds - she could be getting too much lactose from your milk and not enough of the fatty hindmilk....
Two things spring to mind from experience with one very fussy, bobb-y feeder.
First you could try expressing off an ounce or so before feeding her to get her to take the fattier milk.
Second, and what worked best for me, was to feed at the end of naps when my DD didn't even know I was feeding her. They were her best feeds without a doubt.
When I'd go back to feeding on a rushed/stressed day when I didn't have the time to catch her at the end of naps, we'd go back to green poop again.
As for formula - do what you think is best - another option would be to pump and leave a bottle of ebm for someone else to feed your DD.
HTH and well done for getting this far - its not an easy road, especially with reflux and/or fussiness xxx
