I'd say you've got nothing to lose really by trying it since his naps are so short anyway - wdyt?

OMG - HE SLEPT THROUGH!!!!! 8.30-7.

I obviously didn't. He was reallu restless 3-4am but everytime I was ready to jump over and resettle him he went back to sleep. I was then waiting for his usual 5.30 wake up - but nothing till nearly 7am.
