Babies go through growth spurts at different times - some months they will gain lots of weight and others not as much.  The first 3 months are the time of quickest growth, so you wouldn't necessarily expect a baby to gain as much weight per month as they get older.  Has he/she been following (roughly) a line on the centile charts?  If LO is gaining weight, happy, active, plenty of wet and dirty nappies then I wouldn't have thought the exact number of grams per month matters.  Unless it has been recommended by a health professional, I wouldn't start top-up feeds as (if you use formula) they can adversely affect your own milk supply, and if baby is healthy there really isn't any need.

You might find these links helpful

How often are you feeding at the moment? Do you feed one side at a time or both? How long does a typical feed last?

Once he's finished the first side, do you offer him the second or leave it at just the one?  If he'll take it, I think I would try offering a second breast and see what happens.  That will also signal your body that more milk is required.

It's obviously up to you if you want to carry on with the yoghurt, but breastmilk is actually higher in calories and fat than most solid foods.

A top up feed is where you allow LO to finish on the breast and then offer a supplemental feed (expressed breastmilk or, if required, formula) in a bottle (usually) or from a cup/syringe, the idea being to "fill them up" if they haven't had enough from the breast.  As you're only feeding from one side at the moment, you could consider offering the second side as a 'top up' for now.

At 4m, I'm not sure how much of a difference another NF would make unless LO is waking for a feed herself.  Often BF LOs drop away from a centile curve for a while.  At long as they're gaining something and finding their own curve, a lot of health care providers will be happy.

The Pumping FAQ gives lots of tips about expressing and about how to increase pumping output.  Your body needs to get used to reacting to a pump and about producing the extra milk that you need to extract for LO.  If you're going back to work in a month, you probably want to find some way to add in some pumping sessions now so you can get some milk in the freezer as a backup and let your body adjust to the pump as well as your nursling.

Really, as long as he is still gaining weight and finding himself some sort of centile curve, you really don't need to worry about not having enough milk.

If it's any comfort, between 8 and 12w, my DD gained 180g - that's an average of 45g per week, or 90g in a fortnight.  My health visitor wanted to keep an eye on it as the weight gain wasn't massive, but at the same time wasn't panicking as weight was going on, albeit slowly.

For now, I would probably continue to offer both sides at each feed.  It is perfectly normal at around 4m for your breasts to not feel as "full" (or engorged) as your body is now producing milk in response to demand from your baby rather than high levels of milk producing hormones.

Is he crying at each feed or just some?  It could be that he's uncomfortable or that you have now hit the 4m growth spurt and he's trying to get as much milk as possible, so you may be needing to feed a little more frequently for him and so your body can catch up with his requirements.

Could you post you rough EASY so we can get a bit of an idea about how often LO is feeding, please?  Like this:

E - 7am
A
S - 9 - 10.30
E - 10.30

etc...

As for the fenugreek, everything you could possibly want to know about it can be found here - http://kellymom.com/bf/can-i-breastfeed/herbs/fenugreek/

The frequency of the feeds you've got there looks ok to me.  Obviously if he asks for milk sooner, it's ok to give it.

Have you tried some Breast compression to keep him interested and the milk coming more easily if he's getting cross at the breast?
