Hi Ladies! I need help for a friend.  Her daughter who is around 4 has been battling stomach pains for the last couple of weeks and her dr. recommended trying an elimination diet and to start with dairy but she has no idea how to start so I figured I would come over to the land of BW and see what type of articles and advice, websites etc you could recommend for her?

I'd also consider going off gluten for tummy issues. Is it actual stomach or more generalized tummy pain? Sharp or dull? Any other digestive symptoms like diarrhea or mucousy stools or lots of gas/wind?

Will have to troll my files for articles; most of the stuff I have bookmarked are about gluten intolerance since I appear to be gluten-intolerant.

The site Heidi recommended is fantastic. I have been a member for a few years now and have learnt so much and had great support.
