If you get a 1 h nap Tom as that's UT I would increase first a by 10-15 min depending on lo temperament and stick to that for few days and repeat again until you get 1.5h nap for first nap

Ok. His 2h15 A time got us a 1 hour nap, followed by a 45 min nap so I think it's time to increase the A time by 10 mins, as you suggested. Thanks!
