It's possible - have you tried using anything for the gas?

We give her simethicone in every bottle.  It helps some and at least prevents some gas from making it into her intestines.  We switched formula as I wondered if she had the same lactose sensitivity (not lactose intolerance) I have but it didn't make a difference.  It's definitely intestinal gas, not stomach, that gives her so many issues.  We started doing tummy massage 30-45 min after every bottle during the day as of last night.

The gas could be just a case of waiting for her digestive system to mature a bit more.. around 3 months, most do better in terms of painful gas.
