So he's doing much better at naps!  Thank you.  Def a timing thing.  I just posted in the props board because now tho he's waking every 2 hrs at night looking for his pacifier.  He had a huge growth spurt at around 4 months and then started to wake out if habit so I gave him pacifier. Not smart I know.  He's def not waking from hunger.  Hoping I can fix soon. :)

One more question. We have been transition to 4 hour routine.  His naps are only around 1:20 sometimes 1:30 after a 2 hour wake time.  We aren't quite yet at 4 hours btwn feeds because of this.  He's only able to go 3.5 btwn.  Will this lengthen naturally?

Yeah, it's quite common to be on roughly a 3.5hr EAS for a while as A times lengthen :)

They may do - anything 1.5hrs or more is considered a good length nap though :) That's two full sleep cycles.

So the 30 min naps are back. :( he's been waking at 5 and then bts about an hour later and I'm thinking that might be causing OT during the day even tho he's getting 10 hours straight sleep before 5 am.  It's almost as if he might need to be put down 15 min earlier than normal?
