Can dream feeding cause tooth rot?

My little guy is now four months and is starting the teething process. Wont dream feeding cause tooth rot?

It doesn't seem too, most babies still have a nightfeed when their teeth start coming through and their teeth don't get brushed after a feed but it doesn't seem to be a problem.

He doesn't have teeth yet, but I will try to rub clean his gums quickly. Just worry about waking the little man.
