What should A time be for a 9 month old?
« on: April 15, 2013, 10:55:02 am »
My boy was 9 months old on the 6th April and I'm not sure what his A time should be now? Often he starts yawning & rubbing his eyes after 2 half hours wake time in the morning (usually he doesn't wake until after 8 am) and then sleeps for an hour half, so from 10:30 - 12. Then up for another 2 half hours and sleeps for another hour half, so 2:30 - 4 pm. And then he is asleep by 7:30 pm.

But since he turned 9 months old he has started waking several times during the night. So what should his A time be now? If he is sleeping until 8 am in the morning should he only be having one nap? say from 12 pm? when I have tried this though he only sleeps for an hour half still e.g from 12 - 1:30 and then is effectively awake from 1:30 - 7 pm so 5 1/2 hours!
