Yeh, if you were pushing the A times it's to be expected. Great that you got that good first nap though. I guess now it's just a question of trying to find that 'sweet spot' where she's tired enough to take a longer nap but not so tired she's getting OT. If she's very sensitive to OT you could always hold the first morning A time, and stick with your old A times for the rest of the day, and then work on extending the second A time, etc.
