So I think we seem to have hit the 2-1 transition early, I know this can take months to get to 1 nap but not sure what to do, I'm shocked that we're in the midst of it already we only seem to have just gotten over the 3-2! This first year is tough :-(
I started to stretch my LO's A time 3 weeks ago when a 4hr A was giving me 45 minute naps, even after a 45 minute nap!
I have been getting 2 hr naps on 4hr 45 A, the problem is he wakes anywhere from 6.15 to 6.45, So it leaves slightly too long to BT. So I have been trying the short am nap of 30 minutes after 3 hrs A but I can only now get this in the car as an UT nap, he even refuses in the pram and the cot results in a huge meltdown. The problem is he is refusing a pm nap until a minimum of 4 1/2 hr A believe me I have tried and then this just gives me a nap of 1hr 20, so he's getting OT even though we're only doing 2 1/2 hrs to BT. NW's have started to creep and an EW this morning has resulted in a very very grumpy boy and I want to try and nip this in the bud ASAP. Here is our EASY for today. Any advice pls x
