Worth a try I guess, I'll have to see if I can get her to wear one :)

good luck! I was not consistent enough with ours but I know some people (Kara I think?) swear by them....might be worth a PM.

Hi Becky, just wanted to let you know that the earlier nap seems to be working for now. E is still occasionally stirring at night but either not really waking or only for brief periods. Our last few days have been:

Thurs-
WU: 7am
Nap in buggy: 1.10 - 2.30ish
BT: 8.30

Fri-
WU: 7.15
No nap - offered and in cot happily singing to herself for an hour
BT: 7.30
Some early NWs due to OT but generally ok at night

Sat-
WU: 7.00
Nap: 1.30-3.30
BT: 8 and although quiet she wasn't asleep, eventually went to sleep after dirty nappy at 8.50pm

Sun-
WU: 7.00
Nap: 2.00-3.50
BT: 8.15 and quiet so far.

The nap time is definitely better for her at the moment and not so far off her nursery pattern either. Do you think we are still heading for the 1-0 or was it a teething blip?

Hey :)

Things are doing much better now that she's napping a little earlier again. It is strange as she definitely started to want a much later nap and then suddenly that wasn't ok any longer. I think that maybe her teething and the 18month regression made things later but once she was back to "normal" it was too late.

Are you struggling with teething still?
