am going creasy.my 13 months boy is breastfeeded but i noticed a month ago that my milk supply is decreasing especially when i pump....no matter what i drink or eat...i cant seem to pump more than 3oz...altough i reguraley pump  for the past 7 months ...even him doesnt finish his bottle that i pump.yesterday i gave him his normal 5.5 oz and he didnt finish it like he used to do..now he nurses 3 times a day and sometimes only twice.is this normal???what can i do to increase my milk supply again especially when i pump??or is this the start of weaning himself..help

Pumping output does often go down the older baby gets yes. That doesn't necessarily mean your baby is getting less although if he is taking less from the bottle he may just want less as his nutritional needs are being met by the solid food he is eating. After 12mo breast milk is no longer the more important nutrition and solid food plays a bigger role. The milk can just be a drink although itbobviously still offers the immunological benefits too. It doesn't mean he is self-weaning.

2-3 nursing sessions at 13mo sounds perfectly normal. My two were on 2-3 and 3-4 BFs a day at that age and the middle feeds were small.
