7am up
Nap 12.30-2.30
7pm asleep

Today;
7.45am up (I think, may have been earlier)
Nap 2.45-4
?? Asleep

I'd say earlier, normally does a 12h day on a 2h nap?  It's a big am A time and shorter nap than normal, I'd go 7.30 I think. But I'm no expert, all kinds of BT crazy here!

Thanks ladies. She seems pretty wrecked this afternoon. No real scope for tiring out - that all happened this morning. Think I'll aim for 7.30 - when she's UT she just lies quietly and chats,no dramas (usually, touchwood)
