Long Nws 15 months old

Hoping to get some advice DD has been having long NWs on and off for half a yr or more  now. She is driving me crazy.!

I don't know if this is a routine issue or not as whatever he day sleep/night  is like, this still happens every few days.  Occasionally  get 10 days or so with no problems but usually within 3-4 days. :(

She has recently transitioned to one nap and routine for past few days is as follows:

Wu 630
Nap 11.50-1.30
Bt 650

That was a good night she slept straight through. Two similar days followed by prefect nights and then we have this:

Wu 645
Nap 1225-213
Bt 730 (tried from 7 would not sleep)

Then tonight long nw of 2 hrs and counting!

In terms of how she goes to sleep,  I stay in the room until she falls asleep but she doesn't see me or need me to do anything.  But she gets really upset if she sees me leaving.  During nw she would stand up babble I try to lie get back down.  She screams if she sees me leave.  This usually lasts for at least 1.5h sometimes 2.5h.

Before this week she was still on two naps sometimes but it wasn't really working.  First nap of around 1h and second one around 40, both needed to be apop and bt was being pushed out too far (her nights were 10.5h on average). I thought we had a good start to one nap when she did a 12 hr night!  Unheard of in this household ls.

Can someone give us some ideas - how do we tackle this?  A prop issuw or routine (given that she did 2 good night's after a show nap (1.40ish) should I cap her nap? Though I thought one nap should normally be 2h or more?

I am really losing my patience please help!

I'm sure you will get some more informed replies but from what I'm reading, the first thing that pops out in terms of needing to be addressed would be teaching her to fall asleep on her own after she sees you leave the room. It could be that when she has a partial arousal at night and realizes you're gone she becomes fully awake.
We did get long NWs with our son when we first moved to one nap too. It lasted for a month then went back to normal. Switching to one nap could be adding to it right now.

Hopefully you'll get some ideas from other ladies. Hang in there.
