Wouldn't have thought OT - at least it wouldn't have been here (but aware J is a very different sleeper to your DD!) as total A time only just over 9.5h.  Fwiw I would have gone 7pm BT on that nap, so maybe the right answer for DD was somewhere in the middle?

Well, it depends what you mean by set naps 'working'.  I'd say it has, in the sense she's had a nap at the same time each day.  But what set naps may not give you is the same LENGTH nap each day, and if that's more important to you/DD than it being at the same clock time each day, then maybe you should do as others have suggested and stick with A times.  How was the night?

When u put it like that the set nap has worked i was hoping she would have got over the ot by now tho...the night was good so guess.she wasnt ot on the shorter nap since overall a was short too.

7-6.45 :) Guess Im.going to have to chase a times a while longer since she gets ot so Easily...i figure if i pd.at bt and nap slightly ut by the time.she falls asleep it'll be the right a time for her...i pd at 5.5h A for nap and she went to.sleep by 12.30 (set nap time.coincidentally ) so Will see what happens with that plan. In any case i know that 4h A to bt is reasonable on less than 2h Nap so.it gives me something to work with....who would have thought sleep could be soo complicated?!

How s J doing has she settled into her set times? any change at nursery? x

Thanks for asking hun, nursery is as it is but at home we're doing roughly 12.30 nap and 6.45/7pm BT which seems to be going ok.  Bit hit and miss but can't expect consistency here with lots of days out of my control!

Is she going through a developmental leap at all? L's sleep and behaviour goes to pot when there's some rewiring going on in his brain, yk? We just have to ride it out and he's back to 'normal' in a couple of weeks.
