How long has the bottle refusal been going on? If it's the same time as the congestion then it could just be because she is bunged up and can't drink so well. If this is the case it should resolve when her blocked nose clears up.

If it's been going on longer then it could be that she is having too much solids, it's fairly common at this age for babies to start preferring solids over milk. However they do need a minimum of 20oz of milk a day, so if she id cutting back on milk then the best bet is to cut right back on the solids, let her milk intake get back to where it was and then slowly increase her solids again. Milk needs to be her main source of food until she is 1 as it contains the fats, vitamins and calories that she needs.

It has been with congestion so I will take heed. If it's doesn't get better after congestion I will reduce solids. In meantime keep solids the same? She lives her solids and she self feeds herself.

Maybe reduce a bit, are you offering water with food? If not try and see if she will drink some water so she doesn't get dehydrated because of the reduced milk.

Hopefully she's back to normal soon!
