Oh yeah, course it is haha, sorry :-(
ok, that does look really good, it would be heaven for him to sleep a nice chunk like that. DH has just had a moan as its "straight through lunch" but told him DS can have lunch split up into 2 its not forever lol.

would you change times depending on WU time?

so tomoz, in gonna aim for WU 6:30
nap 9:30 (20mins)
nap 12:20 (up to 2hrs)
BT 6:20?

am i understanding right?

i know in aiming to push out first nap and pull back 2nd till its 11, how slowly (or quickly) would u make changes?

would u shorten that 1st nap anymore whilst making this change or is it not worth it ?

i hate numbers these days lol. I spend most the day trying to work out a times after s times and what bt should be etc etc

thank u for all your help x

Yep, that's it. Save for if you get a nap closer to 2.5 hours or more I'd push BT nearer 7pm

Yes. I agree at this stage split lunches are the way forward.

In terms of getting to that 11am nap, we had to do utbon 15m increments, hold for one week and increase by 15m again. BUT if your LO can handle it, you could push 20-30mins at a time as opposed to 15m.

Personally I wouldn't cap more than 20m - you kind of need to look at it as morning nap closer up the pm nap, so eventually that 20m nap extends to become one nap - make sense?

Sorry i pressed enter too quick lol!

DS STTN last night and only woke once the night before.  We are no where near the routine we've spoken about yet but in wondering if i should change anything if hes STTN?

our day is

Wu 7am
s 9:30 (30 mins)
s 1pm (1.5hrs)
bt 6-6:30 depending on how he is.

he woke at 6:40 today, but in not gonna complain about that.

what do u think?

I think if he's STTN and you're happy with the routine don't fix it if it ain't broken. I would stick with it, and if you hit a bump, deal with it then x
