Shorter A time in the morning.
« on: April 28, 2014, 08:18:26 am »
Hiya - is there anyone who does a shorter A time in the morning? Is this common? What does your schedule look like? My baby seems to show tired signs after roughly an 1hr first thing instead of the 1hr 30.

Thanks

I think there are a few bubs that like a shorter first A time- i think that some books suggest a sort of 2 hour A, then 3 hour A then 4 hour A.. (does that work?). My guy liked a longer first A - but try it and see!

My 12 wo likes shorter A 1st thing in the morning. Usually < 1 hr compared to 1 hr 15 min the rest of the day.

My DS needs a shorter first A time too. Plus if he has had a disturbed night or I have woken him to preserve the day or take DD to nursery his A time needs to be even shorter then.
