He ended up falling asleep in the car for 10 minutes at 11am. I put him down for a nap at 1 and he slept till 2:20 (woke up with a dirty diaper). I'm going to try 6:30 bed time I think to make up for the short nap.

I'm on day 6 of trying to manage DS's sleep and no real progress. Last night I put him down at 6:30pm. He had woken up at 5:30 that morning, then fell asleep in the car at 9:15am (I let him sleep for 30 mins). He napped from 12:30-2:15. So with a 6:30 BT, he slept until 5:10am...
I'm hoping to go back to work in the next few weeks and really need this boy to start sleeping till 6:30... any other suggestions?

Try and avoid the car naps and if he does fall asleep I'd minimise the length of the car nap, then normal nap 2/2.5h after WU from the car nap and keep the day to 13hours

The car naps only happen on Sundays, but I'll definitely try to minimize the length of them. What about the other days? I've tried putting him down around 12/12:15 on days where he's waking up at 5:30am but there has been no change...
