Do you mean admitted to hospital Steffi?

Here I just got prescribed antibiotics with the first trip to the GP both times I've had mastitis. Maybe I would have been admitted if that didn't work. My GP said they try to catch it early so it doesn't get to that stage.

Yeah they wouldn't do inpatient here either if you mean hospital. My sister had it quite bad a few times and was never admitted.

Yeah. Both ladies in my bf group were admitted straight away. They did have fever though. The LC or BFN worker was called for every latch inpatient, so that would be helpful.

No inpatient treatment either time for me.  Second time I was vomiting and had a fever, but just had some antiemetics and antibiotics.
