Simplest of questions

What is considered a "feed"??  Is it 1 side or both??  In Tracy's books I do see she recommends not switching after 10 min. Let them empty the breast. But when we are on the EASY schedule and she refers to eating time is it one side??  This is for a 4 month old. No solids

It really depends if you single side feed or not! For my older two kids one side was a feed as they never took both but for DD3 she always always took both sides. Honestly eating times are so variable - I went from DD1 being a 5-7 min feeder to DD3 feeding for 30-45 min for ages!
