What time for BT tonight?

DD1 usually naps 12:30 - 14:30 we are pushing her nap out to 1pm but today she only slept 1-1:30,WU was 6:30 so what time should I do BT tonight, it is usually 7pm?

I would do 6.30 latest. If shes napping well at 12.30 is there a reason you are pushing nap later?

So 6:30pm at the latest does that mean possibly a bit earlier if I think she is getting really tired?

She started waking at 5 / 5:30 but now I think that might just have been the clock change that threw her off as WU is getting back to 6:30 now.

Well ive been known to do 5.30 bt on 30 min nap at that age but my dd is hsn.

I would see how she is...have a quiet pm if u can so she isnt os too and take it from there...

Dd1 is also hsn so ill maybe do 6pm and just have a wee relaxing night for her.

Out like a light at 18:15, we had a nice quiet night. Dinner then stories and lots of cuddles so fingers crossed she plays catch up in the morning.
