what time is bt set for your 2.5/ 3 yo?

Dd has never done well with set times as she easily gets ot. I got sick of 5/ 5.30 pm bts and set bt at 6.30 this week and she seems to be regulating. I picked 6.30 as wus were 6 and I figured that with 12h+ nights she would settle into 6.30+ wus.

so what time is bt set for your lo and why? How long do you keep it set at that time?  Have you found that by setting bt that ls body clock  becomes set at a certain wu which makes shifting wu as tsn decreases harder??

M's is pretty much set at 6.30pm. Occasionally she naps and then it is a bit later but not much.

DS is 7.15pm but still has a nap most days at 2.5yrs old. On a short CN day is 6.45pm

C's is 6:30 at 3yrs old. For a while when she first dropped her nap it was 5:30 and she did some mammoth nights, but she doesn't need that early now she's used to it. I shifted BT later when her nights got shorter, and I guess will keep 6:30 until there seems to be a reason to change.  WU is usually around 7, sometimes 7:30

BT is 6.30, WU is 6-6.30 but stays in bed until 6.40am when clock turns green x

Our bt is 7pm. Usually asleep by 7.30. DD doesn't nap apart from a cn in the car or a snooze at daycare sometimes. Wu is from 5.40-6.30am generally, was toward the later end for a while but now we are coming into spring/summer it is lighter earlier and I assume this is waking dd earlier atm. She has always been lower sleep needs and hard to "fix". 7pm has been our set bt for ages but we do ebt on the odd occasion if needed, but only by 15-30min.

No nap in over a year here and her BT is 6/630. She does well with that and often says she is tired and ready for bed herself! Wakes up 615/630 now, although before the time change was often after 7 and seems to be slowly moving back.

L's BT at that age was 7pm and she no longer napped.  She slept about 11.5 hrs at night. Sometimes more if she was catching up after any short nights/illness.

DS was down at 11hrs at 2yo, LSN definitely! I think he was going to bed around 7, up around 6.

Yes 11.5h is about average here, occasionally 12 if she's very tired or needs a catch-up.

DS1's nights are typically 7:30pm - 6:30am, with an approximate 1-1.5 hour nap (varies). On a no nap day he'll go from 6:30-6:30, but we don't do that too often. Occasionally we'll have earlier or later wake ups.
