Whew...it's been crazy here so I hadn't even checked to see if you responded lol. It's going alright...getting that df stretched out had proven to be the toughest. I'd be lying if I said we've made it to the full 4 for the df. We've Made it to 3.5 and are working our way. Nights have gotten better but not to 4 hrs yet. He's doing more 3 or 3.5 stretches which I'm happy with. I am stretching those out as well. When we tried 4 hrs he was not happy and dd got woken up a few times and she was hard to get back down so we thought gradually working our way to 4 was best for us. I've noticed though that he wakes more often early in the am. Last night he was down from 930-1 and I fed him at 1 he was up and needed resetting at 2, 215,230, 245, 3, 4, 530 and 630. The paci was still in his mout i just had to shh him a bit and stroke his head. He has some tummy issues d/t me unknowingly eating dairy but this is pretty normal for most nights...maybe not every 15 minutes but every hr around the early morning time...and he's usually happy and cooing very loudly and screeching...I've tried to leave him alone but he's done it for an hr at times soni have to resettle him or he won't stop lol. Is this just a phase??

It could be just a developmental phase, is he working on any new skills? It also sounds like discomfort. But, that behavior often points to UT as well. I know that doesn't make much sense with him having such short naps, but I wonder if it's more a sign that his A time needs to be pushed a little more. :-\

He's just starting sitting up on his own completely unassisted the past 2 weeks. And he gets down and tries to crawl from sitting. His A times are getting almost consistently at 3 hrs...is that where he should be? Sometimes he just can't make it that long. He's teething too we think so that seems to be wearing him out a bit. If he had a long A time and short nap he has a REAL hard time making another 3 hrs...sometimes it's only 1.5 and he goes down and that generally is his best nap, closer to an hr. Ugh... I feel like there's just so much going on with the sitting and trying to crawl and teething that we may never get this straightened out :( . Thanks for suffering through with me lol!

Yes, those A times sound about right and of course they will be shorter after a short nap... that's just fine. It sounds like all those wakings could definitely be contributed to developmental milestones and discomfort from teeth. Are you medicating for the teeth at all? He's also coming up on a wonder week, I think, if his adjusted age is about 6mo.

Yes we have motrin and baby oragel and teething tablets. Not sure which I feel works better...or rather which combo works better. The sleep at night seemed to be getting better...the other day we got him down at 630 and I did his df at 1030 (he NEVER woke up before his df!!!!) And then he woke up at 230 and then again at 530...But now I wonder if it was bc he had a crazy day (he had a photo shoot for an advertisement :)  ) or bc he was getting sick bc yesterday and today he's been under the weather (or maybe drainage caused by teething?????)
