Hmm, the long NW and refusing bottle still sounds like teeth or discomfort to me. :-\ Do you see any signs of teeth on her gums? When/how much are you giving solids? And her poos are ok?

Shes cried all day long which isnt like her :(
Her cheeks are rosy that would be the only sign off teething?
Solids was breakfast and lunch of baby porridge - 1-2 tablespoons.
Her poos are normal!!
Exhausted beyond belief :(

Is she drooling, ear pulling or chewing? Sounds very like teething...have you tried to have a feel of the gums?
Does she improve after meds?

Oh, poor thing. :'( It might be worth taking her in to the doctor to have her ears checked, it definitely sounds like something is up. More than just sleep/routine.
