My YDD is about to be 26 months and I'm just wondering what others her age are doing as far as naps and bedtime.  I'm finding it difficult to determine a good schedule as I feel like she's ready for a change but not sure where to start.  She tends to do better with BT no later than 7/730p and usual WU is around 630a.  However, lately she's taking ages to settle at night, sometimes not falling asleep until 9/930p.  She usually takes a 2-2.5hr nap but I feel like then she's not ready for bed when BT rolls around.  What is a good WT before/after nap fir this age and generally how many total hours of sleep?

My DD had dropped her nap totally by 29 months.  At 26 months on a nap day (3-4 per week if I remember correctly) she would nap 1.30/2-3ish at home or 12-1ish at nursery.  Wu 6.30/7 and BT 7 or 6.30 on NND.  Shortly after the NNDs increased significantly and we either had NND or catnap for 15-20 mins around 3/3.30pm.

2-2.5h nap sounds a lot to me at her age.  Maybe try capping to 1.5h initially and see how you go?

DD is 24.5 months now. She has an 11 hour night (usually, but often she's awake early and sleeping later, but only by about 15 min in each direction), she shortened her nap to 1.5 hours at around 23 months, but will still sleep 2 hours on occasion (possibly corresponding to the early morning (she shares a room so DS1 wakes her often).

My DD1 at that age did 8am wake up nap for 2/2.5 hours at 1pm and bedtime 8.45/9 and did an 11 hour night. My DD2 would likely have done similar but I didn't like the 9pm bedtime as my oldest was going to bed at 7.30/8 at that stage so I capped her nap which I hated doing so she did 7.30 wake up, nap for 1.5 hours at 12.30 and bedtime 7.30 and she tended to do a 12 hour night.

We were doing WU 6.30, nap 1-2.15, bed 7.30 so an 11hr night. Nights started to get short a few weeks ago (10hrs or less) so have cut to an hour most days if falls asleep after 1pm. Got back 10.5-11hr nights for now. DS is 29.5 months now.
