Jeepers, maybe it's baby brain...I should seriously know where to find this because I used it a million time in my mod days.
There is a link somewhere and it's title is something along the lines of "Sleep gone wonky? (10-11months)" or something like that and it's all about how LOs start refusing the PM nap and talks about the transition to 1 short and 1 long nap. I believe it even has a checklist of some kind. I'm not crazy right...this exists? Can someone please send it to me?
I have a dear friend going through this struggle and she wants to do CIO so I want to send her this info!
