What a lovely update :)
I'm so glad to hear things are going well and you are able to judge the A time he needs.

...you know if those naps start to shorten or there is resistance to be put down then look again at extending the A and dropping the CN (when you do, don't be afraid to put him to bed early to avoid a very long last A time). 6 months is a usual age to drop to 2 naps but every baby is different :)

Thank you for taking the time to update - it is always lovely to hear of babies who are 'sleeping like babies' ;)

:)

I am really greatful, because I feel everything my DS is going through pretty much goeas by the book.

I introduced solids a week ago and I feel like it changed his sleep too. That and him getting older. He wakes at 5 for 4 days now!!! Takes shorter naps.. Wakes for NF at 2 and 4 after 11DF. He is BF so I know he needs more NF, and extreme hot weather just adds to it. I am not sure if its his needs or learned hunger. The times are standard, but he eats both breasts every time. Oh i forgot to mention that I am introducing 180ml of formula for his DF ( i am working on getting my cycle back on track)

Also I feel like he gets tired much quicker. We do 2h and 15 min A times:( he is very fussy lately. Doesnt like to play on the floor any more, lie on his tummy. He wants to be carried in my arms all the time, rubs his eyes and pull ears (normal tiredness signs). I try to stick to regular A times, but its hard sometimes:/
I feel like it might be a good time to push A times back to at least 2:30. He will be 6mths this week!!
What do you think?

Sounds like a good plan. He may look tired earlier but if his naps are short he could probably do with a longer A time to help lengthen the nap out again.
I posted on your other thread regarding solids :)

Ha ha yes, thank you!! I am a messy forum member. I want all the help I can get:)
We're going through a lot right now.
Grow spurt, more NF, EW (like 4:45 or 5, so I make an effort and get up with my DS to push that first nap, today he made it to 2h 30min A time and the day went smooth with two 1h and 45 min naps and one 45 min to get him to BT), introducing solids and I also replaced DF with 180ml formula. Thats a lot o changes, but we're doing good i think.
I really hope he will WU at 7 soon just like before:) I need to be patient, but lack of sleep is whats getting to me at the moment:/
