Is it time for change

So it took 1 weeks and my 10 month old LG goes to sleep in her crib in her own room for nap and nighttime and falls asleep with minimum fuss. She wakes around 12am and settles after about 10 min then has a bf at 3ish. Since this new transition she has been waking from 5 and 5. 30 and we struggle with her afternoon nap. Does this mean she needs to move to 1 nap or stick with what i have. Our new routine is now
5.30 wake bf
6.15 go downstairs
7 breakfast
Wind down 9.30 (bf) in cot and sleeping by 10
Wake 11.30
Lunch 12
Aim for a nap 2.30/3 hit or miss and only lasts 20 or 30 min.
Dinner 4
Bath 6.15
Supper
Wind down
Bed sleeping at 7.

Hi Paula and apologies for the delay in a response to your original post...
Since that was over a week ago, can you give us an update?
Around this time is actually when I came to BW myself! I started implementing a cat nap around 9:30 to get him to a proper nap around 12. I ended up moving the CN to the evening right before he dropped to one nap.
Here is an article that discusses all the signs and possible outcomes for the 2-1 nap transition...

K she was eventually sleeping right through until 6.30 and we were working on the 2 to 1 transition but she has caught a cold and needs 2 long naps bless here but she still goes to sleep 7 until 5.45ish when she is better I will consider starting the 2 to 1 transition but she sleeps longer in the morning than afternoon so will find it hard to move that nap x

Sorry to hear about the illness, poor thing.
The article mentions a way to keep morning nap and move it out later, so once she's better you can have a look.
Take care and hope she feels better soon!
