My lo will be 3 in July and he only naps in the car for the last two months now approx. he’s been waking earlier everyday uusally around 630 which is early for him. He’ll usually nap around 1 these days because he’s been up early for about 45 mins in he car and he doesn’t get to bed until around 8 sometimes 830. How do I get him to sleep later.

I asked that question for years... Got the answer at 13yo... Being a teen.
Some children just seem to be early risers.

My DD1 started sleeping a bit later once she dropped the nap completely. You may have to wait until then, or try capping the nap down from 45 mins to see if that helps. You might just get an earlier BT though if you do that, but not a later WU.

As pp have said some kids are just early risers. My nephew was like that and still is for the most part even at 17. Both of mine are up early as well but due to school are in bed fairly early we shall see what happens in summer, mine are 16 and 13 now.
