Easy Scrambled Egg
« on: September 09, 2005, 15:47:44 pm »
Just thought I would pass on a pan-less way to do scrambled eggs for baby (over 1 yr).  Put 1 egg, a bit of milk, some cheese, and maybe some bits of turkey lunch meat into a mug.  Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.  Dump it out, and you have beautiful scrambled eggs.  No pan to clean!  I am always looking for the easy way out...   :?

I put mine in a dish too and we have it plain or with stuff added. I love the fact that I can grab an egg, bung an icecube f veg (still frozen) and two mins later, instant dinner!!! It is DD favourite meal, she has it nearly every day!
