Before our latest sleep issues, Carmela was sleeping from 7:30 (falling asleep about
to about 7:00 each morning for a few weeks and napping about 1.5 hours, somedays not at all. Then she went to waking all night long.
Last night she went into bed at 7:00 and fell asleep at 7:30, I didn't hear her again until 6:30 (doesn't mean she wasn't up, I just didn't hear her because I decided to get some sleep for a change!)......and today she napped 1.5 hours but woke up and was NOT ready to wake up.
it seems she's back on track, yet she is still so cranky! Like I said, she could still be waking and I'm just not hearing her or she's just still tired from the lack of sleep for awhile.
I was thinking of putting her in at 6:30 p.m. tonight, but I'm so afraid she'll wake earlier. Should I try it? Or just keep 7:00 and hope she catches up with her naps?
