Are you in the US? If so you can get them in most grocery stores or at Babies R Us. If not, then try here -

hee hee yep we live in italy! DS goign thorugh yet another refusing to eat stage ! So fed up with battling with him to take even the tiniest bit of milk (which he normally doesnt!) Turns our he has more willpower than me!
Got so fed up this morning that I unscrewed the bottle and gave it to him to drink as a cup, he didnt complain  ??? :-\
