In general, all citrus, berries, kiwi, egg whites, etc is okay at 1 yr. I've seen the same guidelines for peanut butter as well, but some folks are a bit more cautious since peanut allergy tends to be the most serious. She should be able to eat just about everything you do, just be cautious of choking hazards like grapes, hot dogs, popcorn, hard fruits and veg, and skins on fruits until age 3.
