I'm new here and was wondering if any other babies have the same problem as my son. I've called the doctor many times and had it checked out but they say it's just ecezema (sp?). My son has these small red patches on the scalp of his head. The patches are kind of bumpy and dry. I've never heard of ecezema on the scalp before and was wondering if any other babies have this. I've been putting hydrocortisone cream on his scalp and it does make the patches go away. I'm still trying to figure out what causes the patches but haven't been able to yet. I'm starting a food diary and hope this will help figure out what causes the patches.
Does anybody have this with their baby? I guess I'd feel better knowing that other babies have this too.
