Dropping the catnap -- any advice?
« on: May 10, 2006, 23:59:15 pm »
Hi ladies,

Just wondering if there were any previous posts with suggestions as to how to move from 3 naps to 2, dropping the catnap. We're not yet ready, but I'm wanting to get prepared!

Many thanks,

Katy

for some time you may need to give that catnap - back and forth a bit til lo can always keep a longer A time. instead of opting for the catnap though i would suggest an earlier bedtime on those days where lo can't quite make it til the regular bedtime...something i wish i realized i could have done at that time  :-\  good luck with everything!
