Will this jeopardise good naps?
« on: May 21, 2006, 04:05:44 am »
Yes, another question!

I've been doing my best to be consistent with our LO to help get him napping well - always putting him in his cot for naps during the day (unless we're out). But towards the end of the day it gets harder to get him to sleep, and often we just can't between his 5pm and 7pm feeds, so we resort to having him up for cuddles and his pacifier (which we don't use for his sleep any other time day or night) and sometimes let him nap on one of our chests until his bathtime. Is this likely to screw up his napping habits in his cot? He's pretty good the rest of the day and night - it's just 'arsenic hour' that seems to be the tough one.
Thanks
Anna
