wake 2 sleep technique?
« on: August 05, 2006, 18:32:07 pm »
I have been fighting the 40 - 45 minute nap beast all week despite my lo going to sleep so very well on her own (She is 9 weeks).  I just went up to her room at the 30 minute mark and brushed her cheek and her body wiggled a little (kind of like flinching) and then I left her as she seemed settled again- does she need to stir more or is that it?  I wasn't sure what a "little stirring" was?

Thanks.

As an addendum, the nap ended up being 1 hour instead of 45 minutes (longest alll week) but still short - is that considered successful?
