How much A time for 18 week old?

Hello,
I am trying to extend my daughters 30 minute naps (She take 5-6 per day) and I was just wondering how much A time should I aim for?

She wakes up at 6:30 am

IS she on 4hr EASY? At this age my DD was doing 2hrs up then 2hrs down so her day looked like this:

7am - Bottle
9am - Sleep 2hrs
11am - Bottle
1pm - Sleep
3pm - Bottle
4.30/5pm - Nap 45mins
6pm - Bath
6.30pm - Bottle
7pm - Sleep

Thakns for your reply.  She is on a 4 hour EASY for eating, howver since she takes 30 minute naps, it's not truely a 4 hour EASY.  Any thoughts on how to extend her naps?  I would love for her to be on the schedule you posted.

First of all what is her current awake time? Could you post your routine for me please this would really help. Is is sleeping through the night? Bottle or breast feed? Once i have the whole picture i can help you with extending her naps  ;)
