I have a 13 week short napper (always)......I had been dealing with the 45 minute naps (never any success at getting her back to sleep) so having many naps per day......now she has changed to 35 minute naps - does that mean that something needs to be tweaked?  She is much grumpier after a 35 minute nap then a 45 minute one.
Generally she can tolerate only 1.25h awake time before a nap and I take her to her room as soon as she starts yawning.  She also used to seem less fussy to the idea of naps (she seems to know that is what is coming when we get upstairs) but she still falls asleep in about 5 - 10 minutes max when put down.  She sleeps overnight from 7:00ish until 7:00ish the next morning with 2 wakeups for feeds (1-2 and 5ish).

Thanks for the help.

Could she be overtired? Maybe try putting her down 5-10 minutes sooner?
