Hi! As per usual we are ahving nap probs and I feel I'm beginning to loose control of it all, have no confidence in our routine and was wondering if you could tell me what you think? Naps are getting shorter and shorter and we have early waking too!
Wake between 6.30 - 8 (cant understadn what seems to determine this!)
Breakfast
Nap between 9 and 9.30 for 1 hr approx (this nap better than am nap)
Lunch 12.30
Nap between 2 and 3 (takes him forever to fall asleep and he seems to wake whenever he 'shuffles') has been waking at 30mins 45mins or if im REALLY lucky 1.5hrs
dinner 6.30
Bath7.30
Bed 8 (taes him up to 1hr to fall asleep so usually asleep 9pm (way too late)
My thought is he is overtired ?? But I cant seem to get any improvement!
