Time spent with 15 month old
« on: October 02, 2006, 12:17:23 pm »
It's kind of a silly question, but how much time do you spend with your 15 month old, doing activities, and playing and such?  I guess, I am looking to see when you take your time at this time...and a detailed schedule would be nice, if anyone posts it.

I really appreciated the sample easy routines everyone posted, it helped me a lot with "scheduling" our day....but now that he is getting older, I am just lost trying to figure out what to do....we read, we play, we go outside...but I feel like he is getting bored of his toys and books, and sometimes I feel like I really need to get our day together so he can play by himself and not hanging on to me....He doesn't hang on to me ALL day long, but sometimes, it feels as though I am not getting a minute to myself until he naps.

Would appreciate your schedules!
Thanks.

Pop on over to the June/July '05 mom's chat.  You'll get lots of information from us there!
God will give you exactly what you ask Him for, even if it's not in the package you expected it to be in.

Rachel is the same - when she is awake I am with her - at least in the same room so she can see me when she is playing alone.  I have just got her some imaginative play toys - a noahs ark with lots of animals and a bus full of people - these are great because she loves to move the people and animals about but she still loves to have me there to interact with.  I think it's very normal.
